What are the crucial things we need to understand?
Co-Creation: Like it or not, we are in a creation loop with technology. As we invent each technological marvel, it proceeds to re-invent us and our lifestyle. The computer chip alone has completely re-invented our daily style of living with cell phones, telecommuting, the virtual classroom, digital cable, and inter-active computer games. Technology and culture are an interdependent pair. As such, it creates a wealth of dilemmas that must be managed through time.
We continue to respond to this challenge with increasingly creative products and services. We are inside the very process of co-creating a new culture, new business practices, and a new sense of spirit. We are discovering a new level of conscious awareness that is able to identify and accept our role and responsibilities in this next level of creative challenge.
Paradox: Paradox is usually experienced as a jolt to the brain when you are confronted with two things existing simultaneously that logically cannot do so--yet, they are. For example, hating someone you love, losing yourself to find yourself, being absent when you're present, slowing down in order to hurry up, increasing power by dispersing it, or being a total individual while a full member of the team. Paradox is the emerging key to navigating this uncertain and complex time of creative change. From an evolutionary perspective, we are being asked to expand our very understanding of reality by recognizing Paradox as a fundamental facticity of life. We are being asked to live from inside it's sphere, and manage it with Conscious Awareness.
Conscious Evolution: Consciously being involved in the process of evolution means being capable and willing to purposefully and consciously work with what is in the present in order to have a deliberate and shaping hand in the creation of the future. The heart of Conscious Evolution is intending with awareness to set the direction of the future through voluntarily co-creating - with each other, with technology, and with our hearts and souls.
Paradox Management is a paradox itself. It evokes both the visible and the invisible simultaneously.
- At the mundane level, it teaches us how to make concrete yet fluid direction-setting decisions without having all the information we think we need - statistics, raw data, analysis, strategies.
- At its highest level, it teaches us to tap into the unlimited wealth of pure information created by the human collective unconscious, and the Higher Intelligence that animates us all - intuition, meditation, spirit, mystery.
